Identifies major business initiatives on account side and correspondents opportunities on Microsoft side
Confirms successful track record with customer and Microsoft
Creates customer opportunity plan, roles and expectations
Executes the plan, regularly checks status, debrief and document fulfilment
Closes key opportunities for Microsoft solutions, products, technologies and services within the assigned accounts
Closely watches the competition and works proactively in terms of maximizing Microsoft revenue in assigned accounts
Completes and implements business plans for assigned territory / accounts
Constantly updates the data in customer database on existing accounts and protocol sales activities to ensure good teamwork
University Degree preferably in Business Administration or IT
At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales into large accounts in IT or business solutions sales
Experience in planning, design and implementation of sales strategies as well as in opportunity selling
Good understanding of the relationship between technology and business processes in Government space
Good knowledge of Microsoft product line, technologies and business solutions is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Fluency in English
